The room was okay, but definitely showing its age. The carpet looked worn, and I could hear the noise from outside a lot. The shower was a bit cramped, too, which was a bummer. But the bed was comfy, and I appreciated the clean sheets. Just wish it felt fresher overall.

Staying in a historic gem like Imperial Reforma had its highlights! The location was a taco lover's dream—Tacos El Caminero is just a stone's throw away! And can we talk about the charming staff? They were super accommodating, making our stay feel warm and welcoming amidst the hiccups!
Now, the downsides, the rooms have definitely seen better days like a neglected piñata, with worn carpet and a bathtub that felt like a climb to Everest. And let's not forget the jackhammer serenade outside—great for a steel concert, not so much for a chill getaway!

My kids wished for a bit more variety in the breakfast options. Adding more choices would really make mornings more enjoyable for families.
